Information for Photographers and Video Operators

Photographers and video operators wishing to cover the FIS Nordic Combined World Cup Otepää on 14–17 January 2027 must be accredited in advance.

Media Accreditation

The accreditation form will be published soon. Stay tuned!

Together with their accreditation materials, all photographers will receive a special photo armband, which must be worn visibly while moving around the competition area.

A €20 deposit is required when collecting the photo armband.
The deposit will be refunded when the armband is returned.

Media Info Meeting

An information meeting for photographers and video operators covering movement routes, photography positions and restrictions within the competition area will be held on Thursday, 14 January 2027 at 15:00 in the Press Centre on the 3rd floor of the stadium building.

Conditions for Creating Video and Audio Content

Media representatives covering the FIS Nordic Combined World Cup Otepää are subject to restrictions on the creation and publication of video and audio content. These restrictions arise from international media rights agreements with Infront.

Important!

Competition-related content recorded during the competition programme may only be published online in accordance with the applicable media rights and geo-blocking requirements. Geo-blocked content must only be accessible in Estonia.

Official training: training sessions may be recorded, but content published online must be geo-blocked. Interviews may be conducted before and after training sessions without geo-blocking.
Competition programme: content from ski jumping, cross-country skiing, prize-giving ceremonies and post-podium interviews in the Mixed Zone may only be published online with geo-blocking.
Video interviews during the competition programme: interviews may be conducted, but any content published online must be geo-blocked.
Press conferences: press conferences may be recorded and the content does not require geo-blocking.
Interviews after press conferences: video interviews may be conducted and the content does not require geo-blocking.
Interviews with non-athletes during competitions: interviews conducted at the stadium during the competition programme must still be geo-blocked when published online, as they take place within the competition programme.
Other channels: only clips of up to 90 seconds from the event may be used.

By submitting an accreditation request, all representatives of media organisations covering the FIS Nordic Combined World Cup Otepää agree to the conditions stated above.

The use of drones is prohibited during the FIS Nordic Combined World Cup Otepää.
