Accommodation

Important dates

Please include the accommodation request along with the preliminary entry by 30.11.2026 and specify the following:

Arrival date
Departure date
Number of participants
Number of double and single rooms

The number of single rooms is limited, but the LOC will try to meet all requests and contacts the teams if alternative options should be discussed. For any accommodation related questions please write to merlin@tehvandi.ee.

Only the official accommodation reserves the free shuttle service for teams between the hotel and venue. Breakfast and dinner is served in hotels and the lunch is served at the venue.

After booking the accommodation, the LOC will issue an invoice from which 90 % must be paid in advance by 21.12.2026 and the rest (10 %) should be paid 7 days prior to the arrival of the team.

The final number of the team members must be provided latest by 11.01.2027.

Lunch at the venue

Lunch is provided to the teams at the venue and is included in the official accommodation price. For the teams not using the official accommodation, the price for lunch is 15 € per person per day. The lunch requests must be done along with the entry by name (deadline 11.01.2027).

Depending on the event schedule, some lunches might be served at the hotels and more detailed information will be provided closer to the event.

Each accreditation will have a unique QR-code which will be scanned by the LOC at the venue for access to the lunch area. The QR-code is valid for a single use on each day of the event.

The teams not using the official accommodation but have requested and paid for the lunch at the venue will have their corresponding QR-codes activated for the selected days. This means that the lunch requests of those teams must include names for the LOC to activate correct QR-codes.

Early arrivals

Please note that the teams arriving earlier than 17.01.2027 will have an accommodation farther away from the venue with no access to competition cross-country tracks or ski jumping hill and would need to move from one accommodation to another on 17.01.2027.

The prices include three meals per day.

Cancellation

The booking can be cancelled free of charge until 30.11.2026.

From 01.12.2026 and until 11.01.2027 a change in number of rooms by +/- 10 % is allowed free of charge (Art. 13.3.2).

Cancellation of accommodation after 11.01.2027 or no-show will be charged with a 100 % fee.

The LOC offers 15 accommodation options from which most are within 10 km range.

The teams will be allocated according to the booking registration immediately after receiving it. The teams will be contacted by the accommodation coordinator Merlin Müür (merlin@tehvandi.ee). Early registrations will be given priority, but teams will not be able to request specific hotels.

The cost of the accommodation with full board (three meals per day):

CHF 100 per person per day in a double room. The number of single rooms at this price is limited (Art. 13.3).

1 to 4 competitors = 1 single room

5 to 10 competitors = 2 single rooms

more than 11 competitors = 3 single rooms

CHF 200 per extra single room per day
